Activity Information and Response Forms
Signing up for an activity is a two-part process.
Once you fill out the Response Form and you click the submit button you will see a message that says "Thank you. Your information has been submitted." If there is a * then the field is required, and it won't submit without it being filled in.
Just a reminder that unless a parent has completed the Sterling Volunteer background check and been added to the conference roster by the club secretary, and you have registered to come to an event, you can not show up at the event. Sterling Volunteer Information
- Complete the response form for each person (Pathfinder, staff, parent and staff child) indicating yes or no whether or not they are going.
- Fill out a hard copy permission form for each Pathfinder attending the event.

Response Form
The Southern Union Camporee is fast approaching. It is October 14-17, 2026. Many details like when we leave, time we get back are still being worked out and will be communicated later.
The ticket cost is $130 per person, this must be paid before your tickets can be purchased, there is a suggested payment schedule below.
Southern Union Pathfinder Camporee happens only once every 5 years, so we encourage everyone to attend if possible. The theme for the 2026 Camporee is “Deeply Rooted". Pathfinders will have the opportunity to learn what it means to be Deeply Rooted in Christ as our speaker Dr. Myron Edmonds helps us understand what it means to have a deeper connection with Jesus. Pathfinders will have the opportunity to participate in incredible honors, amazing activities like pin trading, go karts, swimming, march and drill competitions, 5K race, tower of faith and so much more!
The cost to attend Camporee is $360 per person. ($10 less if you paid the early bird cost) This cost is for everyone…Pathfinders, staff, staff kids, and parents, and includes your ticket to the Camporee ($130), thirteen meals ($80), transportation to and from the Camporee ($100), and ($50) miscellaneous expenses (t-shirts, trading pins, etc.)
Those interested in attending Camporee should fill out this Response Form. There are 86 seats on the two buses we have reserved. To reserve your seat on a bus we are requiring a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold a seat by February 1. (As long as you ride the bus, the deposit will go towards the $360 cost.) Checks should be made payable to Collegedale Pathfinders with “SU Camporee” marked in the memo/subject line.
We have buses reserved to transport our club to the Camporee. We are planning for all of our club members and staff to ride the buses if possible. If you do not plan to ride the bus, we need to know when you sign up to attend this event (if you decide later that you would like to ride the bus there may not be room). Also, if you plan to ride the bus and then change your mind, you will still be charged the complete transportation cost unless we fill your spot on the bus.
