Activity Permission Forms
Signing your Pathfinder up for an activity is a two-step process. Several weeks before the event you will receive an email with a link to sign them up for the event, along with collecting other information, including transportation and food needs. The second step is turning in the signed permission form the Wednesday before the event. Please make sure to note when the deadline is and fill out the response form on time. Pathfinder Meeting Absences
In order to help the counselors keep track of attendance it is important that we know when a Pathfinder will be absent and why. We want them there, but if they miss too many meetings or weekend activities it can be a challenge for them to make up the activities missed and also for the counselors to plan. Above & Beyond Two programs that Pathfinders can choose to participate in is Honor Pathfinder and the TLT (Teen Leadership Training) program, the latter being specifically for high school age Pathfinders. Fill out the appropriate forms and return by the specified deadlines. |
