Activity Information and Response Forms
Signing up for an activity is a two-part process.
Once you fill out the Response Form and you click the submit button you will see a message that says "Thank you. Your information has been submitted." If there is a * then the field is required, and it won't submit without it being filled in.
Just a reminder that unless a parent has completed the Sterling Volunteer background check and been added to the conference roster by the club secretary, and you have registered to come to an event, you can not show up at the event. Sterling Volunteer Information
- Complete the response form for each person (Pathfinder, staff, parent and staff child) indicating yes or no whether or not they are going.
- Fill out a hard copy permission form for each Pathfinder attending the event.

friend Campout - Aug. 2026
The "Friend" (5th grade only) campout is Saturday/Sunday, August 29-30 at Harrison Bay State Park, as shown on the calendar.
Just a reminder, signing up for Pathfinder events is a two-part process.
1. Fill out the Response form for each person whether or not they are going.
2. Turn in a permission form for each Pathfinder
Here are the basic details for the weekend: Drop off your child at Harrison Bay State Park around 4/4:30 p.m. Saturday, August 29. You will need to pick up your child at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday (at Harrison Bay State Park in the same location).
We will be camping in the Tent Camping area, sites D8, D9 & D10.
The plan is to set up camp, enjoy veggie hot dogs for supper, enjoy getting to know the group with an activity, have worship, and then bedtime. Sunday morning there will be a pancake breakfast at 7:30am to then be able to have time to pack up for parents to pick up children by 9:30am.
Make sure that a permission form is turned in Wednesday, Aug. 26. As with each campout we cannot keep your child until we have the hard copy permission slip, so please make sure your child has one signed and turned in for each campout.
We're looking forward to getting to know this brand-new group of “Friends"!
