Leadership Convention (AYMT) 2020-2021

It's here - registration for AYMT Pathfinder Leadership Training! There are some changes this year, so here are the details:

Quick information:
Location: Online (virtual workshops and general sessions on Zoom)
Event Date: August 14-16, 2020
Registration begins: Tuesday, July 14, 2020
Registration ends: Wednesday, July 29, 2020
Who may attend: directors, staff, TLTs (see below for TLT program changes)

Please review the following important information fully:
Location:
AYMT will be online this year - all workshops and general sessions will be held on Zoom. This is because of concerns surrounding COVID-19 and to comply with safety standards. You will still enjoy informative workshops and engaging general sessions through the virtual meetings. Although this is very different from what we usually enjoy and we will miss seeing all of you in person at AYMT, we will still have an EPIC weekend of learning, networking, and worship!

Who is eligible to come:
Club directors, staff, and TLTs are eligible to come to the virtual AYMT.
Please note that if your Pathfinder club is not yet registered with the Georgia-Cumberland Conference, you and your staff are still welcome to attend AYMT. This is an awesome opportunity to learn about Pathfinder ministry and leadership, and will equip you and your staff with the tools to move forward with your club.

TLTs:
In order to best accommodate attendance and technical specifications for the virtual AYMT, the TLT kickoff meetings and workshops will be separate from AYMT this year. The TLT kickoff meetings and workshops will be held October 16-18. However, if TLTs would like to register for the AYMT Basic Staff workshop track, they are welcome and encouraged to do so.

Registration details:
Because of logistics for the virtual AYMT event, each attendee will need to be registered for one track, and each attendee must stay in that track during the weekend.
Those who register will need to attend the full weekend (Friday through Sunday) if they want to fulfill certification requirements.
Registration website: registration.gccsda.com
If you have not created an account on registration.gccsda.com yet, you will need to do so before registering. Once you create your account, you will be able to register.  Zoom connection information will be sent separately to attendees after they register for the event.

Those who register on or before the registration deadline will receive a folder of information in the mail before AYMT weekend.

Weekend pricing:
$15 - weekend registration (includes Zoom link to the track you registered for, access to the virtual general session meetings, and an information packet, which will be mailed to you).
